“I never ever write reviews but I think this company deserves taking the time to do so. I first phoned at 2.00 on a Friday afternoon after a busy week hoping to get a longstanding problem with my shower sorted and some electrical work done. The shower problem was resolved by 5.00 the same day(!) and although it appeared that some complicated work would be needed at first, on further inspection, the plumber was able to resolve it easily and did not try to say more work was needed. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Dmitrijs then kept me fully informed about booking in the electrical work asking relevant questions. That work was started on the following Tuesday and finished on the Thursday again with a knowledgeable and personable electrician and all to a great standard. I'm often apprehensive about using tradespeople, but would have no hesitation in recommending True Care Trades. Thank you for all your help!”
